Nobili Melissesi – IGT Calabria Bianco

Grapes: Greco Bianco 50%, Chardonnay 50%.

Production: Area Calabria, Melissa (KR) Location “La Sorbia”.

Hilly clayey and calcareous soil

Mediterranean climate: with mild winters and hot, dry summers.

Grape yield per hectare: 60-70 q.li.

Vinification: Manual harvest first ten days of September. Destemming, soft pressing. Fermentation
at controlled temperature.

Maturation: In stainless steel tanks

Tasting and olfactory notes: Straw-yellow in colour, with delicate hints of exotic fruit and floral notes. Fresh and well-balanced on the palate.

Pairings: Excellent in combination with delicate dishes.

Serving temperature: 10-12 °C

Alcohol: 12,5%
