Description
Durum wheat semolina artisanal pasta extruded through bronze.
The selection of wheat is always made in Altamura, through my friend Agostino, and producted in a neapolitan pasta factory.
It is used a triangular draw. Born to be a “maccherone”, it has become a “maccherone mancato” (failed maccherone) because of its peculiarity.
