Production: Area Calabria, Melissa (KR) Location “La Sorbia”.

Hilly clayey and calcareous soil

Mediterranean climate:  with mild winters and hot, dry summers.

Grape yield per hectare: 60-70 q.li.

Vinification: Manual harvest last ten days of September. Fermentation at controlled temperature.

Maturation: In stainless steel tanks

Tasting and olfactory notes: With a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Its scent is floral and fruity, with a fresh and harmonious taste.

Excellent pairings: in combination with light appetizers, shellfish and fish dishes.

Alcohol: 12,5%
