Marcatiddu is the organic extra virgin olive oil from Azienda Agricola Bruchito, a family estate nestled in the hills of Enna, at the very heart of Sicily — a land the ancient Greeks called “the navel of Sicily.”
Cold-extracted within 12 to 24 hours of manual harvesting, Marcatiddu is made from a blend of four native Sicilian cultivars: Giarraffa, Moresca, Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla. The result is an oil that is delicate but decisive — smooth on the palate, with a clean finish that enhances rather than overpowers.
Unfiltered and 100% Italian, it carries the full character of the Sicilian countryside: honest, vivid, and rooted in tradition going back to 1918. Perfectly paired with fish, vegetables, and white meats.
Exceptional raw on grilled vegetables, white bean soups, or a simple slice of sourdough.
