A dear friend of mine that comes from Angri, Matteo, generous and farsighted, has introduced me to a man from another age, kind, an hard worker and who likes to get his hands “dirty”, in all senses. He lives in the center of a hill in Corbara and through him, first as a farmer, then a mechanic in the canning industries, I had the possibility to know and start to understand the tomatoes processing. That’s what I did with Lavorate ancient tomatoes and then with Corbara cherry tomatoes! Authentic. Exceptional!
